Dr. Sujith Alancherry is a postdoctoral fellow in nanotechnology at the School of Electronics Systems and Automation, Digital University Kerala. Surjith obtained his PhD from James Cook University, Australia in the domain of plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition of graphene nanostructures for gas sensor applications. Prior to joining James Cook University, he worked at the Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET), Thrissur as a research fellow and was involved in the development of low-loss electroceramics-based polymer composites for microwave substrate applications. Dr. Surjith received international and national fellowships like the James Cook University Postgraduate Research Fellowship and the Chief Minister’s Navakerala Postdoctoral Fellowship for pursuing his PhD and postdoctoral research. He has published 9 journal articles (H-index 11) and contributed to three book chapters. Dr. Surjith is currently involved in the development of MXene-based energy autonomous skin mountable sensors for real-time health monitoring.
